RATES
Quotes and Proposals DO NOT guarantee rental item availability. Pricing is for one-day rentals ONLY. For extended rentals of more than 1 day request a customized rental quote/proposal.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be paid at the time of reservation to secure all orders. The non-refundable fee is 50% of the total rental reservation cost.

PAYMENTS
All major credit cards are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and al lbanking Debit Cards. Checks and ACH Wire transfers are NOT ACCEPTED.

INCIDENTALS
Orders are confirmed when the signed rental agreement and credit card authorization forms are received.When you provide us with your credit card information you agree to the terms of the signed agreement.Missing and broken items are the renter’s responsibility and will be charged to your credit card at our replacement cost. 50% replacement cost.Your credit card will be charged if the invoice is not paid in the agreed terms and for any damages, shortages, and items not returned on the agreed date. THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR UNUSED ITEM.

DELIVERY INFO

All rentals are one-day rentals. If extended rental is needed request a custom
rental quote.
All rentals are delivered during scheduled business hours. All other deliveries
including weekends and holidays will have a surcharge fee included. 20%
Surcharge/holiday fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deliveries are completed within a 2-4 hour time frame. The renter will receive a courtesy call one day prior to the scheduled delivery.
TCE Creative Rentals will deliver and assemble all rental orders with a $500
minimum rental cost. There is a 30% fee included with all rentals. This fee covers
delivery, assembly, and breakdown. NO EXCEPTIONS . All deliveries are based on the ground floor and elevator access. If an elevator is not accessible or stairs are necessary, there will be an additional 10% convenience fee for that delivery.

RENTAL RETURN
Rental returns are NOT accepted at our local address. TCE Creative Rentals
assumes all rentals, deliveries, and pick-ups as its responsibility for all orders
with a minimum cost of $500 or more.

All rentals will be delivered and picked up at the reserved address stated on the
rental agreement. Concluding all events, the customer/renter agrees to have all rentals packed up and undamaged for pick-up according to the signed agreement by TCE delivery representatives. If the assigned pick-up agreement is forfeited by customers/renters’ inability to be present at pick-up, the items will remain at the agreed location and a new pick-up date and time will be given.

The customer will receive this notification with a ‘sorry we missed you’. All additional pickups other than the agreed date and time in the signed agreement will be subject to a 15% fee.
All rental items should be visible at the time of pick-up designated on the rental
agreement. TCE personnel will not search for rental items at the time of pick-up.
The customer/renter MUST be present at the time of pick-up. All returns have a

15-minute grace period after TCE personnel arrives for delivery, pick-up, or
breakdown. After 15 minutes a waiting fee of $2 will begin for every minute, the
personnel is waiting.

The customer/renter will be charged a restocking fee for every day a rental is not picked up from their signed rental agreement. 15% Restocking Fee

MODIFICATIONS
Your order will not be assigned to another person entity or venue outside of the
signed agreement. You cannot directly or indirectly transfer rental items to any
other address other than the designated address stated in the contract. Any
violation of the modification statement will result in the loss of your security
deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS WITHIN A 48 HR
TIME-FRAME. AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED WHEN TCE CREATIVE RENTALS
RECEIVES A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND SIGNED RENTAL
AGREEMENT.
